Buy one thing from Spindola Software — even the $40 Google review placard — and every service after that is half price, permanently. That includes this one. A $40 placard turns a $900 website into a $450 website, and it keeps applying to whatever you need next.
The other $50 buys your domain name and keeps it renewed for four years. I don't make a dollar on it, and it doesn't get halved, because it isn't my service to discount — it's what the registrar charges, paid once so no renewal bill lands on you every year. The name is registered in your name and stays yours, even if you never speak to me again.

Is there really no monthly fee?
None. You pay once for the build, and the $50 covers your domain for four years. Compare that to the site builders charging $20–$40 a month forever — that's $240–$480 a year, every year, and the site stops existing the month you stop paying.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do, both. The domain is registered in your name from day one. If you decide to move it somewhere else or hand it to another developer, you can, and I'll help you do it rather than make it difficult.
What happens after the four years?
The domain comes up for renewal and you pay for it — around $12 a year, straight to the registrar. I can keep handling it at cost if you'd rather not think about it. It's in your name either way, so nobody can hold it hostage.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week from the point I have your photos, services and details. The part that slows it down is almost always waiting on those, so the faster you get me the material, the faster it's live.
What if I don't like it?
Two rounds of changes are included, and I'd rather you told me it's wrong than be polite about it. If it's still not right after that, we keep talking — I'd rather fix it than have a site out there with my work on it that you're not happy with.
What if I need changes later?
Message me. Small text and photo changes are quick and I don't nickel-and-dime for them. Anything substantial gets quoted first, at your half-price rate.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You don't need hosting, a builder account, or a plugin. Send me words and pictures and answer questions — that's the whole job on your end.
Can you make my existing site better instead?
Sometimes yes, sometimes it's less work to start clean. Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly which one I'd do, including when the honest answer is that your current site is fine and you should keep your money.
Do you do this for businesses outside Sacramento?
Yes. A website doesn't care where you are — this part is all done remotely, unlike the placard install. Anywhere in the country works.
